This position is responsible for receiving and directing visitors/guests to appropriate
locations and parties. Notifies personnel of visitor arrival. Operates multi-line phone
system, while assuring phone calls are properly routed.. Organize and file records.
Maintain accuracy of employee records. Maintains accurate records in accounting system.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
> Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, sorting, answering phones:
write correspondences from rough draft and proofreading.
> Answer, assist and direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a
professional and courteous manner.
> Process bills (accounts payable) for approval/payment daily.
> Maintain inventory of office supplies as well as janitorial supplies on-hand.
> Ensure all maintenance maintained on company vehicles as well as making sure
vehicles are in a safe and clean condition.
> Demonstrate ability to research, investigate, analyze, reconcile, and evaluate data.
> Research and investigates information contained in files, keeps files current,
supplies information from file data and removes files upon authorization.
> Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
